ESCOM Events (ESCOM MAV PTE LTD) produces industry summits and exhibitions, delivers bespoke corporate events, and supports B2B marketing and market-entry programmes.
Which industries do you cover?
Cybersecurity, digital banking / BFSI, HR & WorkTech, semiconductors, retail & eCommerce, hospitality and World AI Ready programmes, including AI for Drug Discovery and AI for Science Research.
Where do you operate?
Across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China, with other markets depending on the programme. Find our offices →
Attending a conference
Who should attend?
Public conferences focus on senior business leaders and relevant government or industry stakeholders. Exact audience criteria appear on each event website.
What does registration include?
Sessions, networking, meals and exhibition access depend on the edition and pass type. Check your event website and booking confirmation.
What is the dress code?
Business professional is the usual recommendation. Check the specific event FAQ for venue or networking-session guidance.
Will presentations be shared?
Availability and timing vary by edition and speaker permissions. Ask the event organiser for the schedule.
Can I cancel or substitute a delegate?
The event’s own registration terms and confirmation govern cancellation and substitution. Contact the organiser before making a change.
Sponsoring, exhibiting and speaking
How do I sponsor or exhibit?
Contact the relevant brand team or Cassie Mei to discuss your objectives.
Do you offer hosted meetings?
Many editions include curated business meetings. Availability and arrangements depend on the event and package.
Can I speak at an event?
Speaking is curated. Share your proposed topic, biography and relevance to the audience with the conference producer.

Data and trust
Do you sell attendee lists?
No. ESCOM / CyberSecAsia do not sell attendees’ personal data. Forward suspicious offers to cybersec@escom-events.com.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
View the privacy draft or the existing published policies. The new draft remains subject to legal review.
How do privacy choices work?
The homepage has a non-blocking privacy strip. You can keep reading without choosing, and reopen Privacy choices from its footer. This preview does not use optional analytics or marketing tracking.
